Friend Commercial Real Estate Brokers $4.6MM Off-Market Sale of 9.26 Acre IOS Site in Dundalk

Friend Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful off-market sale of an industrial outdoor storage property in Dundalk, Maryland. The two neighboring parcels – totaling approximately 9.26 acres – were sold for $4,600,000 to a private group. 

The transaction was arranged by Friend Commercial Real Estate’s Matthew Antonis and Joseph Friend.
